KPFK LOCAL STATION BOARD ELECTION BALLOT COUNTDOWN
HAPPENS THIS WEEKEND!
(FRIDAY THROUGH SUNDAY)
VOLUNTEERS ARE URGENTLY NEEDED.
Do you have a few spare hours this weekend to assist KPFK with this important election matter?
Volunteers are needed to help open, sort and identify ballots in our LSB Ballot Countdown.
We need (At Least) 10 Volunteers on duty at any given time... ESPECIALLY ON FRIDAY.
Days and Hours of our Ballot Countdown:
FRIDAY: 5 PM til 10 PM
SATURDAY: 10 AM til 7 PM
SUNDAY: 10 AM til 7 PM
LOCATION: KPFK STUDIOS
3729 CAHUENGA BLVD-WEST
NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA 91604
You are welcome to volunteer for as many or as few hours as you would like.

The Local Station Board Elections are held in order to fill board seats that oversee such vital needs as Finance, Policy, Fund Raising and Community Outreach. These members could potentially be elected to represent KPFK at the Pacifica National Board which controls millions of dollars in assets as well as the national policy of the Pacifica Radio Network. They are involved in hiring and firing Management-Level positions at the Radio Station.
