AT LEAST 104 DEAD IN LIBYA: The death toll in Libya’s protests has topped 104, says Human Rights Watch, as Col. Muammar Qaddafi’s forces opened fire on a funeral procession with artillery, snipers, helicopters, gunships, and even a missile. Meanwhile, others armed with swords and hammers attacked people in their homes. “Dozens were killed… We are in the midst of a massacre here,” said one protester. Human Rights Watch says their estimate is conservative, with one doctor telling the BBC that at least 45 bodies and 900 injured had been brought to his hospital, mostly with gunshot wounds.
