For residents of the Santa Clarita/Newhall area:

From Newleash.org:

The fires that have engulfed Santa Clarita and the rest of California have prompted us to open the New Leash On Life E.R.A Center to small animal evacuees. Any person who has had to evacuate who has small animals are welcome to bring their pets to New Leash On Life where we will care for them (at no charge) until they are able to go back home.
If you have friends or family living in Santa Clarita, please let them know that we are available to help. They should call New Leash On Life at 661-255-0097 for more information.

Volunteers are needed at the E.R.A. Center to help care for the animals that are staying with us. If you have crates that we can borrow, please bring them to the E.R.A. Center
