The KPFK Delegates and Local Station Board will meet on Saturday, November 21, 2009 at Palms Westminster Presbyterian Church, 2908 Robertson Place, Los Angeles, Ca 90034, from 1:00-5:00 Pm

A Special Meeting of the KPFK Delegates will be held to consider the recall of a Director on charges that said Director has exhibited conduct that is adverse to the best interests of the Foundation and to consider discipline of delegates on charges of conduct outside of LSB meetings adverse to the best interests of the radio station.

Portions of each meeting may be closed to the public, if the respective bodies so vote.
