The KPFK Local Station Board held a closed session after its regular meeting on January 7, 2006 to discuss a personnel matter.  The KPFK Local Station Board held a closed session before its regular meeting on February 25, 2006 to hear a committee report on the Program Director performance review, a personnel matter.  A portion of the LSB regular meetings of April 15, May 3, June 10, and the entire adjourned meeting of June 15 were closed to review personnel and legal matters. The LSB held closed sessions as part of its regular meetings on July 5, August 12, September 6, and October 7, 2006, all regarding personnel matters.  The LSB held a closed session on November 8 and an adjourned closed session on November 20, 2006 regarding personnel and legal matters.  The LSB met in closed session on December 16, 2006 to hear a committee report on the Program Director performance review, a personnel matter.
