      This is Dedon Kamathi with tonights edition of Freedom Now. . We were pre-empted last week due to the fund drive and no notification was provided. We apologize. Our agenda for this Tues August 24,2010 will kick off with Brotha Mateef presenting  the Raising The Bars Political prisoner  segment paying Tribute to the European revolutionary Marylyn Buck the  John Brown of the Black Power movement who gave her life for the struggle of African people . A role model for so called progressive Europeans. .  Dr.Obeng will give a overview of his upcoming  lecture on “We are all African Exposing the Negative Influences of the Judeo-Christian-Islamic Religions on Africans people” at Krist Unity Center. . We will follow with an interview with Najite of the Olugun Posse a member of Fela  Anikulapo Kuti world renowned Afro-Beat movement He will share a non-revisionist , a non-European view  of  probably the greatest revolutionary musician in the history of  Africa especially against Neo-colonialism in Africa. We will close out with Part 2 of our special on West Papua  a mysterious land , a forgotten land whose African people who have been colonized  by the Dutch and presently by the fascist Indonesia regime. . Harold Green from the West Papua Action Network with gives a brief review of their history and we will address the political economy of the genocide that is presently occurring.
