      Hotep this is Dedon Kamathi with Freedom Now agenda for this Saturday April 21,2012 . We will commence with the African Drum Beat Historical calendar where we present  significant struggles and personlaities in the human evolution to a classless society.

  We follow with a tribute  to our fallen comrade Steve Cokely , a revolutionary researcher & organizer. Brotha Astenu’s from CEMOTEP-Committee…. will  provided a  commentary that best contexualize and sums up Brotha’s  Cokely  contribution to our understanding of the specifics characteristics of our oppression.

  Then the Raising the Bars segment with Sista Tandi addressing political prisoners. .

Ras Michael and Jai Jai will comment on  the 46 anniversary of HIM Haile Selaisse visit to JAMAICA which is a milestone in Reggae, Black Nationalism and Pan Africansim  history . Ras Michael a International Reggae  star an a High Priest together with Jai Jai the griot of South Central will lead the discussion.

   Sista Demathis will present our Afro-latino segment on racism via the Caste system in the Domincan republic . Billion will give out a free DVD’s during our “Free your Mind segment .

  Our Central theme will be a discussion with Akbar Muhammad the International Representative for the Nation Of Islam.   A global activist and organizer with a focus on Pan Afrianism. Our topics will include the turmoil in Mali and Libya as well as another point of view of  the conflict in Syria.

 Our music mix will include: Zap Mama, Erika Badu, Alice Coltrance, Dexter Story, Surgar Minot,Baey Ceero, Chief Ebenezer.
