5.13.08 Dr. Y.N.Kly-U.N. Legal Expert on National Minorities & Human Rights Violation by US
Introduction
Tenastele – “warm and communal greetings” in the language of the mother of all Humanity Ethiopia. I am Dedon Kamatha and we welcome you to Freedom Now a Tues Weekly Pan noramic and a Pan African journey into some aspects of the struggle for the liberation of African people. You known with the liberation of African people you automatically get the liberation of all humanity because we Africans are in every country of the world. Whether minorities or majorities whether at home in Africa or in the Diaspora we occupy the lowest socio-economical political rungs of every society in the world. All because of Capitalism and its international framework Imperialism. So with its destruction not only will Africans be free to manifest our communal historical traditions but all who are oppress which is the 99.9% of the planet earth will be free unless you are part of the .001% of the global ruling class. If not stay tune for our agenda here at Freedom Now.
Agenda
Hotep this is Sista Zianee with Freedom Now’s agenda for this May 13, 2008. We are blessed and honored to have as our keynote guest Dr. Y.N. Kly a 73 year old African elder expert. Dr. Y.N. Kly has for decades been on the case for the race, the Human race through his practice of International Law as it pertains to National Minorities and human rights.
This the week as we commemorate Malcolm X’s 83 birthday we at Freedom Now found it proper to present to our listening audience the central question facing the United States since it declaration of Independence from the British settler colonialist - the question of the massive violation of the human rights of African and Native America people which continues unabated today. Not only continues but has expanded throughout the world in Iraq, Somalia, the Philippines, and Congo. Over 88 countries the US violates the rights of indigenous peoples.
Dr. Yussuf Naim Kly has worked with the United Nations High Commission for Human Rights, UNESCO, the International Human Rights Coalition, the International Human Rights Association of America minor Tories and numerous other related bodies all seeking justice for minorities.
. So tonight from the perspective of International Law we will examine the famous charge made by numerous leaders including Malcolm X when they yelled out to the United States and the world . WE CHARGE YOU WITH GENOCIDE.
Prior to Dr. Y.N. Kly we will have the Raising the Bar prison segment with Mateef, a Pre African Liberation Day statement from Muniyga Lumumba and a statement from the Black Student Union Co-coordinator of San Francisco State Frank Broghan part of a new a new segment of Freedom Now called “Students Are The Spark” to revolution.
Of course we will have our fly music mix including: Zap Mama, Steve Wonder, FTP with Pam Africa & Mukassa, Ragged Joe, the Neptunes, and RGB .
So open your mind for another point of view here at Freedom Now and “We stand vigilante Ready For The Revolution.”
