GREEN SCREEN ENVIRONMENTAL FILM FESTIVAL & SALON

November 16, 2009 - The Green Screen Environmental Film Festival & Salon offers 6 regular screening programs and two special event screenings for a four-day exploration of the world and our place in it. The films come from as far away as India and Germany and as close to home as the LA River and Abbot Kinney Blvd. in Venice. The screening programs are arranged by theme: water, energy, earth, animals, cities as well as an experimental shorts section that seeks to expand our definition of 'environment.’ Most screenings are just $5. Many events are free. Screenings times are at 2, 4, 7 & 9 pm on Saturday and at 1 & 3 pm on Sunday.
