At approximately 9pm Gaza time on 8-23 (11am Los Angeles time), the SS Gaza and SS Liberty landed in Gaza, greeted by thousands of Gazans. 20 Gazans boat had headed out to meet them, but then u-turned, possibly as a result of Israeli firing over their heads.
