PAPER MAN, directed by Michelle and Kieran Mulroney, is a whimsical, funny, touching story of an unlikely friendship between a middle-aged novelist who has never quite grown up and a young girl whose family tragedy has stolen away her youth. As their quirky relationship unfolds, they share their dreams and discover new life. “Paper Man” stars Jeff Daniels, Lisa Kudrow, Ryan Reynolds and Emma Stone in a break-out performance. The filmmakers discuss the their directorial debuts, the role of Sundance in development, the trappings of Hollywood, the artistic temperament, and the reality of imaginary friends.

In the second segment, Surekha Paruchuri joins us to preview highlights of the Indian Film Festival of Los Angeles, including the Opener "Cooking with Stella" and powerful documentaries.
