Pop culture humorist, CHARLES PHOENIX, known for his retro-slide show performances and school bus field trips to some of LA’s finest vintage landmarks, is back in town with his latest endeavor, CHARLES PHOENIX & The THIRD DIMENSION.  An all-new 3D Retro slide show extravaganza that promises to pull out all the stops, it offers in 3D what we’ve come to love from the man who disproves the adage “nostalgia isn’t what it used to be.”  It’s better! Including beefy beefcake and cheesy cheesecake, 3D glasses included, Charles shares with listeners some of the coming attractions of his upcoming show. Move over, “Avatar!”

Vera Mijojlic, Director of the Southeast European Film Festival, joins us to share some SEE film fest highlights, featuring films from Albania, Serbia, Croatia, Turkey and many other countries, including Ivana Todorovic’s film “RAPRESENT”, a harrowing look at a young homeless man’s art and life in Serbia.
