I will be holding a car wash to raise funds for www.ride2recovery.complease go to that website and familiarize yourself with our efforts. The car wash will be held Sunday July 3rd from 9am untill about 2pm. 316 w. Florence Ave. Inglewood. Between La Brea and La Cienega. A taco truck will also be on site. Come on out and get your car washed and eat tacos all for a great cause.

What is Ride2Recovery??? 
Held in partnership with the Fitness Challenge Foundation, the Ride2Recovery raises money to support Spinning Recovery Labs and outdoor cycling programs at Military and VA locations around the U.S. to help injured veterans overcome obstacles they face. 
Cycling is an improtant part of the recovery and rehabilitiation program for two reasons: 
1. Cycling is an activity that almost all patients with mental and physical disabilities can participate. 
2. Participation in the Ride2Recovery Program helps speed up recovery and the rehabilitation process.
