Dr. Rosie Milligan, owner of Professional Book Publishing and founder of Black Writers on Tour, inaugurates the introductory show for Liberated Sisters.  She will discuss how she liberated herself by promoting literacy and is working to help liberate others through independent book publishing and ownership.  She is the founder of Black Writers on Tour 2011, which features a roundtable dialogue with writers, essay contest, children’s writing contest and poetry jam.
