We will also speak with Jane Dorotik imprisoned at California Institute for Women (CIW). She will speak about the Alternate Custody proposal, which supports ankle bracelet custody for elderly prisoners, including life prisoners. She recommends a pilot program for women at CIW. Her rational, well thought out proposal, if fully implemented, will save the state (us) over $2 billion dollars a year.
