Part 2: 
David Garcia (Tohono Oo'dham Nation). On the weekend of October 11th Coyote Radio attended the first Indigenous Encuentro in Vicam the capital of the Yaqui Nation in the northern Mexican State of Sonora. The Gathering was called by the EZLN, the National Indigenous Congress of Mexico and the Yaqui Nation. David provides some highlights, of this multi part series on state of global indigenous affairs.
