"The Perils and Progress of Globalization: Impacting Mother Earth, Indigenous Peoples and All Relatives"

Tom Goldtooth (Dine'/Lakota Nations), Executive Director of the Indigenous Environmental Network (www.ienearth.org) and Faith GimmelGwich'in Nation)  join us for the hour to discuss the impact of Globalization on Indigenous peoples and their respective First Nations and Mother Earth. The Red Oil Campaign (http://www.ienearth.org/redoil-up/redoil.html), which addresses the detrimental impacts of oil and gas developments in Alaska, federal oil leases in the Beaufort Sea and the Gwich'in Nation (Arctic National Wildlife Refuge).
