joins us for the first segment of our show to continue our discussion of the regional economic crisis within southern California and the impact it is having on urban indigenous peoples and their respective First Nations.

, Department Chair of Ethnic Studies at Colorado State University ( http://ethnicstudies.colostate.edu/people/vernon.html), joins us for segment two to discuss the 17th International AIDS Conference ( http://www.aids2008.org/), work with grass-roots indigenous communities confronting the global AIDS pandemic within indigenous nations, and the vector towards mitigating the HIV/AIDS expansion within the indigenous youth populations.
