This week we talk with Philip Gregory of Cotchett, Pitre and McCarthy, a lawyer for six former and current L.A. Times employees in a class action lawsuit. They are seeking a full accounting of the transaction that allowed real estate magnate Sam Zell to assume control of the company and Zell's ouster of the company as well as the ouster of the trustee that has been appointed ostensibly "on behalf" of the employees.
We are also joined by Dan Neil, Pulitzer-prize winning writer/columnist for The L.A. Times who is the only current employee to have joined the suit thus far.
