This week we talk with the founder and information editor at OurLA.org, a new online outpost for L.A. news that is open access citizen journalism. For the last couple years, Howard and I have been trying to figure out where mainstream journalism was headed and where this new online stuff will take us. Another interesting conversation today. And conducted in the light of a recent study that indicates that online news sites are drawing far more attention to actual local policy than newspapers, TV or radio.
