Mexican Presidential Election at Risk of Electronic Fraud
It’s is possible but it can be prevented, conclude science professor of UTEP.
Jorge Alberto Lopez Gallardo author of “2006 Electoral Fraud?” a book that sheds light on the 2006 Mexican elections will be in Los Angeles this coming Saturday June 6th promoting his work. In the book, the science professor of the University of Texas in El Paso, compiles the analysis of several mathematicians and academics around the world, including his own observations of the questionable “perfect” way Mexican electoral authorities came up with the voting count of the past 2006 elections which ensured the victory of Felipe Calderon, presidential candidate of the right wing party PAN (National Action Party).
At the beginning of May and with the support of the Autonomous University of Guadalajara the recently recognized member of the Mexican Academy of Science published “2012 Electoral Fraud?” where he warned that the same fraudulent electronic mechanisms not only were used during 2006, but continued in place in recent elections and will be implemented to “count” the votes for the upcoming July 1st presidential elections.
Until now Lopez Gallardo research has been practically ignored by the Mexican mass media but not by many Mexican and several U.S. Universities who invited him to discuss his work. This very important matter is going to be discussed in a free public presentation in Los Angeles next Saturday June 9 at 4 pm. At only 3 weeks away from Mexican presidential election posted by Sunday July 1st.

Riesgo de Fraude Electrónico en Próxima Elección Mexicana
Científico estadounidense da señal de alerta, pero se puede prevenir, concluye.
Jorge Alberto Lopez Gallardo, profesor de la UTEP (Universidad de Texas en El Paso), publicó “2006 ¿Fraude Electoral?” libro en el que recopiló cerca de 40 estudios de colegas investigadores de diversas partes del mundo que siguieron con atención la polémica elección presidencial del 2006. Con diferentes metodologías todos coincidieron que los números fueron manipulados en favor de Felipe Calderón entonces candidato del PAN (Partido Acción Nacional). Su tesis ha sido expuesta en más de una docena de Universidades de México y EU. En su nueva publicación, “2012 ¿Fraude Electoral?” editada por la Universidad de Guadalajara, destaca que los mismos mecanismos usados en 2006 aún están presentes en el sistema que contara los votos el 1 de Julio.
Este delicado tema será discutido en un foro público el próximo sábado 9 de junio, cuando nos encontraremos a 3 semanas de esta importante y trascendental elección mexicana cuyo resultado tendrá repercusiones no solo en México sino en toda la región.
