Description: Join radio show host Pamela Wilson to discover our  “Treasures of the West”, and she’ll take you on a tour to explore our historical, cultural, and educational landmarks of the west, where you’ll learn about our city’s rich history, programs, and events that are being held at some of Los Angeles most beautiful landmarks. You may even discover these treasures can be found within your own community, or neighborhood.

Treasures of the West celebrates early California’s history, yet links us to the present by providing you with information on current events and programs for you to enjoy.

Pamela Wilson is a Los Angeles native who grew up in the world of news and journalism with her father who was a local television reporter for over 35 years.  At an early age, she was exposed to an active life by exploring the city of Los Angeles with her family on weekend outings.  Her adventurous spirit drove her to explore new places to visit throughout the city, and in high school she became the communicator for events, and began discovering the unique beauty that Los Angeles had to offer. Today she continues to share the treasures of our city through oral history, its unique architecture, and the culture that is here for all generations to enjoy.
