Writer and actor Stephen Tobolowsky has appeared in over 200 film and TV roles, most recently “The Goldbergs” and “Glee," and also remembered as Ned Ryerson in the 1992 comedy, “Groundhog Day.”
Tobolowsky’s two-character arose out of an encounter with a new friend at his synagogue. A play of mourning and friendship, it is also a lesson on giving people a chance. The dialogue was initially released as two chapters in Tobolowsky’s 2017 book, “My Adventures with God.”
Recorded at The Invisible Studios, West Hollywood in March 2021.
A Good Day at Auschwitz is sponsored in part by Elizabeth & Louis Altman, Debbie & Gregg Oppenheimer, Marilyn & Barry Hinden, and The Rosalinde and Arthur Gilbert Foundation.
