Previously a one-hour daily radio and television program produced by KPFK Pacifica Radio, Rising Up With Sonali was one of the longest-running daily news radio shows hosted by an immigrant woman of color in Southern California and aired in the 8 am drive time slot from 2003 to 2019 before switching to the 4 pm drive time hour.
