Dustbowl Revival & Hot Club of Cowtown
    Celebrate the 50th
    Anniversary of The Band

Honoring the 50th anniversary of The Band – the seminal roots-rock group that famously toured with Bob Dylan – two of America’s defining roots groups join in a celebratory outpouring of song. Eclectic L.A. octet Dustbowl Revival mashes up traditional American music into a time-bending, genre-hopping dance party, while Austin-based Hot Club of Cowtown delivers hot jazz licks and Western swing on a wild and woolly ride.
Dustbowl Revival is an Americana Soul band with eight full-time members. They mash the sounds of New Orleans funk, bluegrass, soul, pre-war blues, and roots music into a genre-hopping, time-bending dance party that coaxes new fire out of familiar coal.

The band was founded in 2008 in the bohemian enclave of Venice Beach, California. Dustbowl has become known for their free-flowing and joyous live shows, combining their funk rhythm and brass section with a fast-picking string band section.

Hot Club of Cowtown’s star has continued to rise as its reputation for jaw dropping virtuosity and unforgettable live shows has become the band’s global brand, lauded for its “down-home melodies and exuberant improvisation,” said The Times, London. The Hot Club has always woven a combination of seemingly disparate styles together to its own magical effect, setting up camp “at that crossroads where country meets jazz and chases the blues away,” said The Independent.

Ranked as one Rolling Stone Magazine’s “50 Greatest Artists of All Time,” The Band influenced legendary artists like The Grateful Dead, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Elton John, and Eric Clapton.

With ten solo albums and two albums with Bob Dylan, The Band garnered a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award, were inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame, and the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, with a speech by Eric Clapton.
