One of the world's great playwrights, author and poet Oscar Wilde, was best known for "The Picture of Dorian Gray," as weil as "An Ideal Husband," "Lady Windemere's Fan" and many others. His scathing wit and cleverness as well as societal commentary were hallmarks of his work, which is still widely performed.

Recorded before a live audience at the Skirball Cultural Center, Los Angeles in June of 2009.
