SunRose IronShell is Sicangu and Oglala Lakota of the Titowan Band, walking in the lineage of the Seven Council Fires—Oceti Sakowin. Deeply rooted in community, she lifts up Indigenous voices through every conversation and brings the sharp honesty of lived experience to the mic each week. SunRose is proud to stand with relatives, sharing story, culture, and resistance for collective healing.

Lydia Poncé

Lydia Poncé, Mayo, Yaqui, Quechua, and Scottish, is on a personal journey of language recovery and healing from the impact of colonization—every single day. She shows up as a fierce advocate and ally, learning, teaching, and organizing with and for her communities. Lydia is committed to building real connection, honoring the generations before her, and welcoming new relatives into the circle.
