    On June 6, 2024 The PNB adopted a resolution that the notice state for a proposed bylaws amendment be June 10th 2024. Rideaux et al vs. Pacifica Foundation case has been dismissed without prejudice by the plaintiffs. Pacifica reached a settlement/consent decree with the FCC regarding compliance with regulations governing on air-fundraising, underwriting and program sponsorship IDs.
