Author, playwright, memoirist Lillian Hellman had many successes on Broadway, from "The Children's Hour," "Watch on the Rhine," "Toys in the Attic, "Another Part of the Forest," and many more. "The Little Foxes," her semi-autobiographical play, was adapted into a film starring Bette Davis.
